The problem

You already know how to train. You do not know how to programme.

You can squat, bench, deadlift, and press. You show up three days a week. You have done this for months, possibly years. And your numbers have not moved in a long time.

The lifts are not the problem. The programming is. You are guessing at load selection, guessing at progression, and guessing at when to push and when to back off. Guessing is not a training methodology.

Structured programming removes the guesswork. It tells you exactly what weight to put on the bar, when to add more, and what to do when progression stalls.

Without a structured programme, consistent training produces maintenance at best and overuse injury at worst.

What this is not

The line between group and one-to-one

No individual programming

Your programme follows the same progression model as every other member.

Individual programming: Foundation Online, £119/month

No video analysis

The group call covers technique principles, not individual form checks.

Weekly video analysis: Signature, £239/month

No nutrition oversight

What you eat is your responsibility at this tier.

Nutrition oversight: Signature, £239/month

The structure

How the programme runs

Weeks 1–4

Fundamentals

You add weight to the bar every session. The programme tells you exactly how much. You build the habit and establish your baseline numbers.

Weeks 5–8

Linear progression

Weight climbs steadily as your body adapts. The programme manages load selection and progression for you.

Weeks 9–12

Periodisation

The programme shifts to structured weekly variation, then rotates to a new block. Membership continues automatically.
