A 60-minute session at The Zone, Neston for £50. I assess where you are, talk through your history and goals, and work out whether coaching is the right fit. If you continue, the £50 is credited toward your first month.

Most coaching packages run on a 12-week minimum. Biology does not adapt in a weekend. Twelve weeks is roughly the shortest honest window to demonstrate intermediate progression.

No. The diagnostic assumes nothing. Your injury history and physical limitations are the starting point for your programme, not a reason to work around you politely.

The Barbell Standard is structured group programming: same progression model for every member, with weekly group coaching. 1:1 (Foundation or Fast Track) is programming built around your specific history and tech coached individually, with video analysis and nutrition oversight on the higher tiers.

Senior Strength is designed specifically for adults over 50: barbell training scheduled to protect recovery, build bone density, balance, and functional strength. A 62-year-old client deadlifts 90kg.

You get custom programming through an app, log your lifts and weekly check-in. On Signature tier I review every lift on video and adjust your programming weekly. As close to in-person coaching as remote gets.

There's a 30-day results-or-refund guarantee on all coaching packages. Follow the programme, complete the assessments, and if you aren't seeing measurable results in 30 days, you get a refund of unused sessions.

Sessions are at The Zone, Neston, Cheshire. Saturdays 8:00–12:00 and Sundays 8:30–10:30.
